Wow, that looks daunting. What should I do with a pile of PHP 5.2 code?

I suppose the only thing to do would be to duplicate the PHP 5.2 machine, do the upgrade, fix all the incompatible code, and then move everything back to the production server. Wow! That sounds like fun.

Is it all or nothing? It would sure be nice to have some way of running them side by side, but I suppose I'd get lazy and never both refactoring the code.
