[ciapug] Feb 4 meeting

I have unsure if I will be able to attend, I had a previous engagement 
but thay may have changed, I'll need to confirm...

I do not, however, have a topic suggestion or any plan for a meeting 
tonight. I'll await the word of others on the list ... although I do 
encourage us to meet even if it a less formal meeting.
