I ran into a stopping point with my exploring ZooP Framework. My home 
server gave up the ghost last week.

I've got a new one running but am trying to get the sites that were lost 
back up.

ZooP is PEAR and Smarty based. But 1.3b1 seems to be a bit buggy right 
now. Mostly the bugs seem to be
with the gui controls. Several people have posted the bugginess in the 
zoop forum.
