I did a search last night on PHP frameworks and found a site
www.phpit.net that lists some comparisons of the frameworks.
They have a comparison on ten different frameworks
www.phpit.net/article/ten-different-php-frameworks
ZooP Framework looks to do all that they are comparing except ORM. I am
planning to look at ZooP this weekend. What I am looking for is how easy
it is to use. Functionaly according to the website it features with PHP4
and 5, MVC, Multiple DB's DB Objects Templates Caching Validation AJAXm
Auth Mode and pluggable Modules (i.e. RSS, PDF, or other modules)
Seagull Framework looks to be another framework with alot of features,
except for AJAX.
This page lists some 40 different MVC Frameworks written in PHP
