I'm not in a position to hire anyone, so take this statement with a
grain of salt... :-)
Experienced programmers are valuable and if you show that you are
teachable and have a positive attitude you should do well. Who ever
hires you next will have the benefit of letting your previous employer
pay for you learning the "hard lessons" that everyone learns when
they're starting out.
