[ciapug] Zend PHP 5 Certification

I have passed the PHP 4 version.  I have not had a chance to work on the PHP
5 exam yet.

You should definitely check out
http://www.zend.com/education/zend_php_certification for some good
information about the concepts covered in the exam, and it will answer some
questions.
