Word here at the conference is that a version of PHP6 with the famed
unicode support will be out by the end of the year. I'm assuming that
would be in some sort of alpha or beta state.
Also, for those developing in PHP5, you better start testing stuff with
E_STRICT turned on as that will be the default setting in PHP6.
