[ciapug] project management software

I'm really asking on behalf of my team leader. He says he's looked into
gforge, and it doesn't really meet the needs of "company level project
managment". Although I'm not really sure what that means, or what gforge
doesn't have, the MS Project does, I have to ask...any other ideas out
there?
