[ciapug] Monthly meetings

I appreciate the thought Carl.

No the PHP Group does not have a formal exectutive board. For the past two
years or so I have, perhaps in my own mind, acted as the organizer for the
groups meetings and hopeful growth.

On several occasions in the past we have held our meetings in the Drake
University Library. I don't expect that a specific request needs to be
made of the board for us to do that.

The greater issue here is that the PHP group has not held a meeting since
late last year, so the demand for a regular meeting spot isn't great at
this time. At the begining of 2006 we/I choose to conduct meetings on a
Quarterly basis and admittedly I've not been doing well to making sure
that has happened.

Fortunately there is nothing stopping anyone from calling a Shotgun
meeting. Suggest the topic for discussion, the time, the place, and go for
it! I encourage it.
