[ciapug] Zend Studio and CVS

IMHO wincvs isn't very good.  I prefer TortoiseCVS.  If you go that 
route then under the "Source Control" tab enter the following:

Path to CVS: /path/to/cvs.exe
CVS_RSH variable: /path/to/TortoisePlink.exe
