[ciapug] Zend Studio Code Folding

Does anyone have any experience with Zend Studio Code Folding?  It doesn't seem to work very well.  It inserts code folding randomly throughout my code and is completely useless.  The preferences settings under the tools menu seem to suggest it is completely automated and there isn't any option to let me set the start and end point in the code where I want to collapse a section.  I would like to collapse rows in a table, but I suppose I need to be using a different IDE to do something like that.
