I haven't used  UltraEdit Studio yet (will have to check it out), but 
have been using UltraEdit (version 10 now...) for years, and I really 
like it. The version I have doesn't do the context popup stuff, but it 
does do syntax highlighting for a ton of languages.

Just about every time I think "I wish I had an editor that would do 
<foo>", I poke around in UE and it's already there.

One feature it doesn't have is the code-collapsing like Quanta does.
