[ciapug] PHP & ISAPI

I'm attempting to use PHP4 with ISAPI under Windows (long story). Apache or
even Linux isn't an option in this case.. I keep getting access violation
errors. I see that multiple bugs have been opened at bugs.php.net, but all
have been closed. I've tried most suggestions I've seen any can't find a
fix. Does anyone know the magic to make this work? Also, the error only
occurs after about 20-30 accesses of any page.

* Windows XP, SP2
* IIS 5.1
* PHP 4.4.0
* Using php4isapi.dll
