Hello,

My husband and I run a web development business in northeast Iowa and want to 
develop a form using php.   I don't need to store the data, just need a page 
generated that is printer friendly and easy to read through showing the user's 
selections  / non selections in two segments.

I've purchased a couple of PHP books and am thinking of tackling the job myself but 
I'm curious if any of you are for "project hire".  I know a lot of web development 
companies hire out their programming, so I thought I'd ask.

Its nothing overly sophisticated, but I am on a short timeline to get it done - two 
weeks.
