[ciapug] php resources

Hello, list!  I'm working with Chris to put together some php resources for 
the ciapug site so....

What are your favorite go-to references when working with 
php?  Intros?  Tutorials?  Articles?  Blogs?  Print books?  Script/Class 
collections?  People?  Whatever.  Just thow out anything that you can think 
of and I'll collect, filter and organize them.  I know I go to the same 
places all the time, so I'll be interested to see what other good stuff is 
out there that I'm missing.  Just to get the ball rolling:

PHP MySQL Website Programming: Problem - Design - Solution. Lea, Buzzard, 
White-Cinis & Thomas.  Apress.  (simple OO based CMS system. half decent)

Thanks for your suggestions!  I know it'd be easier to just do a google 
search but this will be more useful for everyone, I believe.
