I have a meeting the fourth Thursday evening of the month, but other than
that any night works for me during the 3rd and 4th weeks.

It kind of sounds like may the first week of the month may be what is wrong?

I know we can't move it back 1 week because it interfers with the Linux 
group. What about the 3rd week? Or last week of the month?
