[ciapug] Meeting hour

In efforts to increase participation at our meetings I've asked what 
change we could make that may help and one suggestion I have received 
and am considering is a 5:45 PM Start time rather than our current 7 PM.

Hoping this time change is a bit more friendly for those with families 
or longer commutes so that more participants can make it right after 
work rather than having to hang out in town.

I would also GREATLY appreciate further feedback and suggestions to help 
us determine what we can do to increase participation.

*expects 87 responses telling that Thursday's only work every other 
month and 6:12 pm would really be best for so and so...* :)

Suggestions that would help the most would include, possible discussion 
topics, something you would like to learn about, volunteering to present 
  on something you just learned, more networking (socially) 
opportunities and events, etc.
