[ciapug] PHP group and SHOTGUN Meeting Date!

I'll be there.  I also like the look of the ciapug site you put 
together.  Very snazzy.  My vote (if we are voting) would be to keep a 
separate list going.  I'm not especially interested in what has been 
bouncing around the cialug list-- but whatever.  I'm flexible.
