[ciapug] Reorg?

The ciapug.org domain is expired. There has been some discussion on just 
making the PUG become a SIG (Special Interest Group) of CIALUG. IMHO 
this makes a lot of sense:

- the majority of PUG list subscribers are also LUG members, or list 
subscribers.

- CIALUG is already hosting this list and the web site.

- That way we don't need to mess with domain registrations or dues, if 
we don't want to.

So... do you folks think we need a ciapug.org domain, or would you be 
happy with www.cialug.org/ciapug or something like that?
