Anyone do much auto-populating of city listboxes based on zip codes?

For example, I select a zip code from a listbox and then the listbox
next to it auto-populates with towns that match that zip code.

I know it would probably end up as a java thing. But someone using php
has to have had someone that wanted this "feature" before, right?
