Dave,
So, display errors and log errors are working for you but phpinfo
reports the settings incorrectly?
FWIW, I'm running CentOS 4.0, mysql-4.1.12-3.RHEL4.1, and php-4.3.9-3.9
and I can alter my php.ini restart apache and the changes take effect
and show properly on phpinfo.php.
