[ciapug] '06 Meeting plan

Greetings! I hope that everyone had a wonderful Holiday this past 
weekend, and expect everyone to have a fun and safe New Years this 
coming one.

CIAPUG has had a great 2005, we saw a new site launched and we've seen 
many new names on the mailing list and at the meetings.

The only struggle we faced was finding a acceptible meeting time and 
maintaining a strong attendance at the meetings.

In 2006 we're going to try something a little different, quarterly 
meetings.

Some details are still be determined so I will keep this short and 
expand on the plan soon. I did want to be clear there will not be a 
meeting on Wednesday January 4th, as our previous schedule would have 
indicated.

The mailing list will continue to be available and active. If a hot 
topic arises, anyone can call a shotgun meeting and are encouraged to do 
so. When calling a shotgun meeting state the time, date, location, and 
topic if there is a specific one, in a email to the mailing list.
