[ciapug] File linking over mapped network drives

Are you testing this in a Mozilla-based browser?  If so, I ran into a similar 
problem when just trying to open PDFs off the Internet.  I found that 
uninstalling and reinstalling the Adodb Acrobat Reader solved the problem.
