Yes it is!!!  Its an ANSI text virus!!!!! Or a it might even be a text
bomb!!!!   

Anyone remember when people would zip up a 20mb text file, then upload
it to a bulletin board?  When the bb would unzip it to virus scan it, it
would uncompress so big that it consumed all the hard drive space and
then killed the bulletin board....

David, we're not falling for this "Its not virus" line...
