Actually it looks like the hostname "www" doesn't resolve.
Looks like whoever is pulling DNS for us <cough>dc</cough> didn't do a 
"www" alias.
So, at least for me http://ciapug.org resolves just fine, but 
http://www.ciapug.org doesn't.
I'm usually too lazy to add the www anyway, and let the browser do it 
for me if the plain domain fails. ;-)
