Hey , I'm still here :) but moving next week to Montana. I would like
for the very least for us to leave up a mailing list to keep giving each
other help. You guys have been a great resource for me, and i'm going
full time freelancing in php and perl next week for the next few years,
so i'll always need advice. thanks for a great few years :) hope the
group does well! OH! and can you change my address on the list? or
remind me how to do it myself? I won't have this email address anymore,
nor the mchsi one.

I will not be able to attend the meeting on Friday after all. I am
willing to participate in the group in some capacity. I will catch up
with the group's plan via meeting notes.

So, this list has been kind of dead lately. I'm kind of disappointed,
because I know there are a lot of people using PHP, and there are lots
of things to talk about. I see PHP topics going to the CIALUG list
instead of here.

How about if we do lunch on Friday, and talk about the future of this
group. We need to do some restructuring anyway, since Angie is moving
(has moved?). I know I'm not the Pres. of this group (and don't really
want to be with being an officer in 3 other groups - CIALUG, DSMGG and
OTH Soccer), but somebody has to light a fire under us!

I've had the opportunity to do some PHP evangelism lately. I know there
are several of the larger companies in town using PHP for both internal
and external projects.

People have asked me if there's a local PHP User Group, I have to tell
them, "well, kind of".

So, "shotgun" meeting, this Friday, noon, Panchero's on 100th in
Urbandale (next to Stella's), between Hickman & Douglas. If you can't
make it, but are interested in participating, let us know in what
capacity.

I'm also going to post an announcement to CIALUG & AAFUGIT.
