I'm not a big access fan.  However the one thing that I did like was
that you could create and layout a form really quick.  So, access
combined with word's mail merge feature is really handy. 

I know there are some PHP tools to do this, I just haven't had time to
research them.  I've been too busy digging ditches with the shovel to
learn how to run the backhoe.
