Well, the only thing that will have to go in a data table is the keeping
track of what user uploaded what file, you'll have to log in to even get
to the upload. They want this web interfaced for users who are computer
savvy, what is the easiest way to build a webpage that actually ftps
something up? I wouldn't even know where to start :(
