[Pugged] GForge 3.0

I finally decided to fork SourceForge, since VA closed their source over 
a year ago. I think a sourceforge-like tool is widely-needed and it's 
important to maintain an open source version.

My new project, GForge 3.0, is based on the last publicly-available 
sourcecode, SF2.6.1, and is available at http://gforge.org/

I'm looking for help, obviously, in maintaining and enhancing it, 
particularly in building a more powerful project management tool.
