OK, I decided to spend a little time with Quanta again... I do like
most of the features, just that one that was bugging me.

I swear in an earlier version I tried just about every option... in
the current version Quanta+ 2, I found under Settings->Configure
Editor -> Edit -> there's an option for "Wrap Cursor". This fixes the
afore mentioned and much maligned very silly behavior that I didn't like.

I still haven't installed Komodo yet... but I did download it. :)
