Has anyone tried Activestate's Komodo IDE?
http://www.activestate.com/Products/Komodo/
It's an IDE that uses the Mozilla engine, and supports various languages including PHP and Perl. It's a little pricey - about $300 for professional use.
I've been looking for a good editor / IDE with a PHP debugger. Apparantly Quanta+ has one built in but I haven't tried the debugger yet.

I don't like some of the behaviour of the editor - the ability to keep hitting the right arrow or mouse click past the end of the line... then if you type or hit Enter you get a bunch of unwanted spaces. You can configure damn near every other feature of the editor, which is sweet, but I can't find a way to turn that off.

Oh, and Komodo is also cross-platform... so I could use the same editor under Win32 and Linux.
I'm gonna download the demo version of Komodo and check it out.
