I'll echo Ventoy - huge fan here. Only caveat is you have to pick MBR/BIOS vs GPT/UEFI at the time you wipe the UFD - most OS bootable media, including Ubuntu, Window, etc. support both modes, but not with Ventoy

Ya, they did the work apparently to really make it look exactly like the
media it is emulating.
