LoRa is just a communications protocol, like TCP or RS-232. The data that
is sent/received is up to you to decide, there's no standard for how sensor
data is sent over LoRa. The frequencies have more to do with different
countries' regulations. In the US you need to use 915MHz LoRa radios
because that's what the FCC has assigned.
