[Cialug] Install video

Do you have integrated graphics and using  a pcie graphics card? Look in
the bios settings to see if there's an option to use the 2nd vid as default
or something like that. Or disable integrated graphics. I had a heck of a
time trying to figure that out when I was setting up my first gpu miner.
