[Cialug] Server Distros

I'm not really sure. I don't have any experience with docker.   For me it's
the entire LAMP stack that is "develop" on what you run on.

As for docker... Sometime in the next couple of weeks we are going to be
experimenting with it using use Shiny Proxy to launch containers containing
Shiny server and R server.  That's definitely going to be a project.
