Using a server I built a few years ago, .. and it was a pain, as the app
code required a 32-bit Apache/PHP environment.

As a result, there are three different curl apps on the system - 64bit
curl, 64bit php_curl, and 32bit php_curl.

Unfortunately, I can only find one curl-ca-bundle.crt on the system (with
the 64bit CLI version), which makes it weird that the 32bit php_curl HAS
been working for almost two years.

Any pointers on which ca-cert-bundle 32bit php_curl uses? Pretty sure it
needs to be updated, ..
