[Cialug] Video Conferencing

Seconding the zoom browser. There is a setting you can add that will give
you the browser prompt at load time (the account we use for lug is already
doing this). There is also a zoom for linux app and it worked just fine on
the latest Ubuntu.
I have seen issues with Hangouts/Meet and video streams in low
bandwidth conditions but no crashes.
Facebook group video works aweful on computers, but ok on phones but again
the video is rough.
