[Cialug] LetsEncrypt on Tomcat

Are both of those ports HTTP? If so, it's likely not worth your time
to get it working natively with Tomcat.

For use cases like this, I typically recommend Caddy Server as a proxy
- it handles all of the LE cert requests (both initial and renewals),
and is very trivial to set up.
