[Cialug] Slightly OT, .. Tuning Apache under Chocolatey

Tried the settings before, .. bumped the ThreadsPerChild in winnt section.

Interesting datum - last June Apache started with:

	Child: Starting 64 worker threads.

Yet after the configuration tweaks today it still says:

	Child: Starting 64 worker threads.

Any chance there is another setting somewhere for worker threads?

At this point, after 6-7 users the next user(s) get an hourglass.
