[Cialug] speedtest-cli lies!!!

It's a bug in his distros version of speetest-cli. I'll bet if you compare
versions they will be different.

I work on some open source projects that use it and we have many many users
come to us with this issue. We have them pull the version right from the
repo and it's solved. Ubuntu 18.04s release is crud.
