Don't understand how, but the speedtest version from Ookla is 1.0.0, ..
the one installed from packages is 1.0.7.

Also looks like the problem is not limited to a single system/connection,
..  seeing the same issue on Spectrum and our EOC (i.e. Upload speed WAY
off from the web interface).
