[Cialug] Chromium vs. Chrome

I've heard Chromium described as a de-gooled form of chrome. Not having it
call home to the mother ship to upload your browsing habits is an
improvement in it's self. BTW I've never heard Brave I'll have to make an
effort to give it a try.
