[Cialug] OT, .. TortoiseGit Menus

Thanks for the recommendation recently, .. it's pretty nice (evenfor a
CLI guy like myself)!

Unfortunately, I can NOT figure out how to change the Context menu - I has
always displayed Git Commit and nothing else.

The submenu also cannot be changed, .. and there is no way to get to
push/pull/fetch without doing a commit.

Am I missing something (probably)?
