[Cialug] Mediacom - not Linux related

It is an apartment style condo. Just not sure how you would get access by
spicing into the coax; and wrong side of a provisioned modem. There's
definitely no Ethernet connected to her modem. Unplugged the modem when I
first went out and after a reboot odd devices didn't show; however a few
hours later they returned.

I'd unplug everything including the cable modem and ask them if they still
see anything. If they do the problem is on their side.

Does she live in an apartment style building? Is it possible she has a
wired connection going into the wrong wall jack and others in the building
are connecting to her network?
