[Cialug] Drive recovery

Hard drives are not really sealed watertight. Some of them have a small
vent hole with some sort of filter or membrane behind it, will be labelled
"Do not block this hole" or something like that.

I've fixed a couple of laptops that had water in them - I think in both
cases I had to replace the motherboard, but the RAM and HD and screen were
OK.
