[Cialug] Raspberry Pi HDMI issue

Put a volt meter on one of 5v pins on the gpio. The problem I ran into with
my first pi 3 was that when hooked up to the 7" touch screen the usb ports
and wifi would shut off. If the 5v line dropped below 4.8v during boot up
even if it for less a second the usb and wifi would shutdown and not come
back even after a successful boot up.
I used a usb power meter to test my usb wall warts and found that some
would not supply 5v, and when using a bad cable made things even worse.
