Ran into an interesting problem with a server that has been running for
many years:

 * /etc/init.d/apache restarts successfully with SSL via startssl

 * There seems to be now way to do that with systemctl?

The weird part is the the init script actually says it's calling
systemctl, but how it does that is not really clear, and there is no
'startssl' showing with either 'service' or 'systemctl'.

Is one supposed to manually add the "-D SSL" it to apache2.service, or is
there a different option?
