[Cialug] How normal is it to ask for w2s and pay stubs as part of the interview process?

It's partly an honesty test. If I tell you I'm making 80k as a level one
help desk but actually making 40k it is not a good start to our
relationship.

Anyway, not that uncommon. If you're uncomfortable then decline the request.
