[Cialug] StartEncrypt - Yep...similar to letsencrypt

I adopted startssl.com's free certificate a few projects ago, and have
used letsencrypt as recently as this past Monday. 

So it was a bit of a synchronicity to find this announcement in my inbox
this morning:

Some features that contrast with letsencrypt:
 up to 39 months validity.
 High-Assurance OV SSL
 120 domains with wildcard support.
