[Cialug] Cable Modems

my thought is its still somehow caching things. I understand you're
replicated the mac which is the main way to solve the device swap but
I'm wondering if there is some other signature. I cant see how it can
hurt besides take a little bit more of your time and right now nothing
else is working.
